Good evening Eagles! Hope everyone had a restful Election Day. I wanted to reach out to let everyone know that we were allowed to hire a new Science teacher to accommodate our growing numbers. Mrs. Gigi Bolden has joined the staff from Texas, and we are delighted to have her on the team! This has allowed us to add two sections to both the 7th and 8th grades, which will result in much smaller class sizes moving forward. A number of 7th and 8th grade students will have new schedules starting Wednesday, November 6, though most of the changes involve only Science and one other class. We tried to move as few students as possible, and to change as few classes for them as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, Michael Pedrotty Principal, Elm Grove Middle School

The Elm Grove Band is excited to announce its continued partnership with Toys for Tots to help spread holiday cheer! We invite our community to join us in collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be donated to local children in need. To participate, please drop off donations at the Elm Grove Middle School Front Office/Band Hall or send gifts with our musicians starting November 1. Toys must be unwrapped and in their original packaging. Gifts should be suitable for children ages 0-17; ANY family who could benefit from this program can apply for toy assistance by filling out an application through the Toys for Tots website. Last year we were able to collect upwards of 300 donations for our local families. I know that if we come together, we can make the holidays brighter for everyone in our community! Thank you EGMS community for your continuous support!
