As you prepare for the new school year, don't forget that annual registration will open in early July. Completing registration early will help ensure a smooth start to the school year.
We are excited to welcome back our returning Eagles and meet our newest members of the Eagle family. The countdown to the 2026-2027 school year is officially on!
We are so excited to have our Game Day Fundraiser again this year! $15/pack gets your student a themed t-shirt, free admission into the game, and a free jeans day the day of the game! See the attached graphics for more details. Let's get ready for some Eagle football!

As we begin a new school year, please take a moment to review our morning and afternoon carline procedures. Our top priority is ensuring the SAFETY of every student during arrival and dismissal. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.
Morning Arrival
Carline opens for student drop-off at 7:05 a.m.
Students are tardy if they are not in class by 7:20 a.m. Instruction BEGINS at 7:20
Students arriving after 7:25 a.m. must be signed in at the front office by a parent or guardian.
Afternoon Dismissal
Students are dismissed at 2:25 p.m.

Please pull all the way to the front of the carline before stopping, even if you see your student waiting. This helps us keep the line moving and reduces traffic backups.

EGMS Parent Registration & Schedule Update
Our counselors are back and are working hard to build schedules for every student. We appreciate all of their hard work as they prepare for a great school year! ❤️
Student schedules will be available in the OnCourse Parent Portal beginning August 3.
⚠️ Important: Students whose annual registration has not been submitted AND finalized will not be able to view their schedule when it is released.
If you have already completed your registration, thank you! If your registration requires corrections, you will receive an email with instructions. CHECK YOUR EMAILS DAILY.
To avoid delays, please make sure you have uploaded:
✅ A current mortgage statement or lease agreement
✅ A current utility bill (disconnect notices cannot be accepted)
✅ Both documents must be in the guardian's name
If you log into the OnCourse Parent Portal on August 3 and your student's schedule is not visible, it likely means your registration is still incomplete or additional documents are needed. Please contact the school as soon as possible so we can help get everything finalized.

Join us for Flight Camp, a fun-filled orientation designed to help our incoming students feel confident and excited about middle school!
📅 August 3
⏰ 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
🚗 Drop-off begins at 9:15 AM
📍 Drop-off and pickup will be in the Boys' Gym
⏰ Please be on time for both drop-off and pickup.
During Flight Camp, students will:
✈️ Walk their class schedule
🦅 Tour the school
🤝 Participate in team-building activities
😊 Meet new friends and future classmates
💡 Learn what it means to be an Elm Grove Eagle
This event is primarily for our incoming 6th graders, but any new 7th or 8th grade transfer students are welcome to attend as well!
📋 If you plan to attend, please complete the registration form so we can prepare for all of our future Eagles.
Parents will need to submit and finalize annual registration prior to Flight Camp.
