📢 Student ID Policy Update

We are updating our Student ID policy to ensure campus safety and accountability.

Starting today, all ID infractions reset to zero. Going forward:

⚠️ 3rd infraction: Parent will receive an email.

☎️ 4th infraction: Parent will receive a phone call or voicemail.

🚫 5th infraction: Student will receive a major referral.

All students are required to wear their ID at all times while on campus.

Replacement Options:

💵 Purchase a new ID for $5 in the library each morning

⭐ OR use 25 PBIS points (discounted price!) to buy a new ID

Please note: Students can no longer purchase temporary IDs with PBIS points. If a student does not have their ID, they will receive a minor infraction — and after five minors, it becomes a major referral.

Hey Eagles! If you have PERFECT ATTENDANCE October 13th - 24th you will earn a FREE DRESS DAY October 31st.

We need your help!
All students need a Impact Aid form filled out. All parents were sent a text about this on Oct 1. This is due on Friday Oct 24. We currently only have 8% of our forms filled out.

On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week EGMS will draw one 6th grade, one 7th grade, and one 8th grade name to win FREE concessions. To enter your child, please complete your Impact Aid card. Read below for more information.

Each year, our district participates in the Federal Impact Aid Survey, which helps secure important funding for our schools. These funds support educational programs and services that directly benefit all Bossier students.

While the survey is typically paper-based, this year it will be offered exclusively online. It’s quick and easy—taking only 1–5 minutes to complete—and will be available starting October 1, 2025, with a deadline of October 24, 2025.

Please note:
The survey date is October 1, 2025, and all questions must be answered based on your circumstances as of that date.
To complete the survey:

Use your student’s student access code to prepopulate the form (details are provided on the survey page).
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the survey.

Flag-A-Yard Fundraiser — Honor Our Veterans!

Elm Grove Middle School is proud to host our Flag-A-Yard Fundraiser in honor of Veterans Day! 🌟

Show your support and appreciation for those who’ve served our country by having your yard (or a friend’s!) decorated with American flags for Veterans Day.

🏠 Bossier City only — Flags will be placed the evening of Monday, November 10th and will stay up through Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th.

You can choose:

💙 $20 for 15 flags

❤️ $30 for 25 flags

🤍 $40 for 50 flags

Flags are 4inx6in and yours to keep after the display! 🇺🇸

📅 Orders are due by November 3rd.
