Wednesday-Ugly Sweater Day-student can wear ugly Christmas sweaters or any holiday shirt with jeans or uniform bottoms
We will also have Reindeer Games/Cash Bash next week for students who re referral free for the whole semester! Let the fun begin!!!

We would like to thank Mr. Tom Salzer and Mr. Keith Sutton for their support of Elm Grove Middle School. These members of the Bossier Parish Police Jury very generously provided $8,500 to help us fund our new A/V system for the Boys Gym. Thank you so much! This is a reminder to please NOT drop off your students in the morning on either Panther Drive or Van Deeman Street. This practice creates a traffic hazard and, much more importantly, is dangerous for your child. Our procedure is for all students to be dropped off in carline, where we can provide a safe location with regulated traffic. Our car line is emptied out and free flowing within the first five minutes after the 7:05 intake time. Student safety is our first priority, and I trust it is yours as well. Please take the extra few minutes to ensure that your child, and every child, makes it safely to school.

Cowen will be here Wednesday, December 4th for make-up pictures. Students MUST WEAR UNIFORM! Cross Country and Volleyball will also take team pictures during Flight/WIN.
Elite Eagles will also take pictures in the morning.
EGMS Food Drive from December 2nd-12th!!!
Students can drop off items to the Library during 1st period class. Bring 3 items and EARN a jeans/sweatpants day to school on Friday, December 13th.
*Items are due by Thursday, December 12th.
❄️We want to give a friendly reminder about our dress code policy. This week is going to be cold as we return to school, but please note students cannot wear sweatpants. This was becoming an issue right before the break. Students will call their parents to bring a change of clothes if students wear sweatpants. Bossier Parish does not allow sweatpants.
Outerwear reminder: The only hooded garment (including jackets) students may wear is the one purchased from our school spirit store or through our school spirit groups.

Over the past two weeks, our school came together to support the incredible work of the Gingerbread House Children’s Advocacy Center by donating snacks for their programs. Thanks to the care and kindness of our students and families, we collected an incredible amount — likely over $500 worth of snacks!
