🚗 Parents are not permitted on campus to walk their child to class.
👋 Students should exit the car line and head directly breakfast or to their 1st block classes. We will have plenty of staff members throughout the building to greet students, answer questions, and help everyone find their way.

📚 EGMS Meet the Teacher Night – TONIGHT! 🦅

This is a come-and-go event, so feel free to stop by anytime between 5:00 and 6:30 PM to meet teachers, explore classrooms, and get ready for a great school year!

A few reminders:

• Parents/guardians must remain with their students at all times. • Students who bring school supplies should leave ALL supplies in their 1st block class. • If a student has an elective during 1st period, supplies should be left in their 1st block B-Day class.

We are excited to welcome back our returning Eagle families and look forward to meeting all of our new students and families as well. We can’t wait to see everyone tonight and kick off an amazing year together!

As we begin a new school year, please take a moment to review our morning and afternoon carline procedures. Our top priority is ensuring the SAFETY of every student during arrival and dismissal. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work together to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.

Morning Arrival

Carline opens for student drop-off at 7:05 a.m.
Students are tardy if they are not in class by 7:20 a.m. Instruction BEGINS at 7:20
Students arriving after 7:25 a.m. must be signed in at the front office by a parent or guardian.

Afternoon Dismissal

Students are dismissed at 2:25 p.m.

Important Reminder

Please pull all the way to the front of the carline before stopping, even if you see your student waiting. This helps us keep the line moving and reduces traffic backups.

EGMS Parent Registration & Schedule Update Our counselors are back and are working hard to build schedules for every student. We appreciate all of their hard work as they prepare for a great school year! ❤️ Student schedules will be available in the OnCourse Parent Portal beginning August 3. ⚠️ Important: Students whose annual registration has not been submitted AND finalized will not be able to view their schedule when it is released. If you have already completed your registration, thank you! If your registration requires corrections, you will receive an email with instructions. CHECK YOUR EMAILS DAILY. To avoid delays, please make sure you have uploaded: ✅ A current mortgage statement or lease agreement ✅ A current utility bill (disconnect notices cannot be accepted) ✅ Both documents must be in the guardian's name If you log into the OnCourse Parent Portal on August 3 and your student's schedule is not visible, it likely means your registration is still incomplete or additional documents are needed.
