On Monday, our Student Council and Archery groups had the pleasure of attending the 2024 Special Olympics Bowling Tournament! Special Olympics holds a big place in our hearts, and we were so excited to be able to help out. Our students were able to meet with the elementary school kids, help them bowl, keep score, and make a few new friends. Several members of the community complimented our students on their great behavior and were thankful for the support. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve, and we cannot wait until the next Special Olympics in the Spring!

We are incredibly proud to announce that 10 of our talented students have made it to the second round of auditions for the Louisiana All State Middle School Honor Band! Along with 50 other students from across our district, they will compete at the state level for this prestigious honor. This is a huge achievement, and it is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and musical talent of our students.
