We are extremely proud of Kevionne Cooper, a 7th grader from the Wisdom Warriors. He recently placed in a writing contest sponsored by Barksdale AFB in which students were to reflect on the legacy left behind from the March In Washington, which was held 50 years ago. He, along with his teacher, Mrs. Tillman were treated to a lunch on base and he was recognized for his outstanding essay. Way to go Kevionne! We are proud that you are an Eagle!

Once again, the Elm Grove band swept away the competition! Recently, our band traveled to Texas to compete against other schools across multiple states. Our intermediate band received a rating of Excellent and our beginner band received a Superior rating and also brought home the Best In Class trophy. Excellent job!

Eagles Give Back
Since August, students from Elm Grove have had the opportunity to give back to our community. Through food drives, participation in 5K runs, and other charitable events, our Eagles have proven that age does not matter when making a difference in the lives of others. We are proud to be a part of this community and are thankful for those Eagles who have stepped up to lead this generation into doing great things. Science Fair Winners

The closest school with a 100% certification rate had only 40-50 students certified school-wide. Elm Grove Middle School had an outstanding 284 students certified.
